Bleed and Cut Line:
In order to cut your jobs in a proper manner, we need to have 0.25"
extended borders on each side of the image(s) even if your art work has white bordering around the images. For example for 5x7 post card we recommend 5.25x7.25 inches for print production.
Safety zone: when designing your job, consider placing the text at least 0.25"
away from cutting marks (Crop marks) of each sides of the final cut size.
Text will get cut.
When sending an .eps or .pdf (Press Ready PDF) file, make sure you include crop marks (as shown below) so we can cut the job correctly.
Elite4Print offers custom size for most of our products. If you choose custom size, it is important that you submit your files with a 0.25" bleed added to total size of the artwork.
For example, if you want to order a postcard with final dimensions of 9.25" x 12.25", please submit the file at 9.5" x 12.5". Please add bleed to your document even if all the edges are white.
We would prefer that you send us .pdf (Press Ready PDF) or .eps files with outlined fonts. These files are easier to process. However, we accept .psd, .tif, .tiff, .ai, .eps, and .pdf (Press Ready PDF) files.
Please remember to add crop marks to your image(s) and flatten your files before uploading.

If color matching of your job is very critical, we recommend that you order a hard copy proof to accompany your print job.
At Elite4Print.com we calibrate our systems on a scheduled base to ensure that we maintain the most standard color possible. In order for us to produce the best color matching possible, we recommend that you calibrate your monitors and proofers regularly and make sure that all submitted files are in CMYK color mode.
To achieve Rich Black, meaning a darker tone other than the mere black alone, one must mix solid black ink (100% K) with other CMY ink values. By selecting to print with black alone (100% K), the print may result in a black not as dark as one may have desired.

After Printing
Depending on the black you want, you may opt for a black that is just 100% K. For a Rich black, we advise you to using C 60 M 40 Y 40 K 100 This will give you a deep, dark, rich black.
